Gartner, the world-renowned IT analyst, has listed the leading open source platform Pimcore, used and developed by Divante, as "Cool Vendor in Digital Commerce 2018".
The prestigious report from Gartner, a global market research and consulting firm, highlights particularly innovative providers, products or services that meet the needs of today and tomorrow. Not many European companies can call themselves "cool vendors", but Pimcore has made it into this report as one of only five companies in the world.
Pimcore & Divante partnership
Divante and Pimcore have been partners since 2014. The company is responsible for operating the first Polish Pimcore website, which is available to Poles in their native language. As a Core Contributor, Divante provides several dozen Pimcore specialists: developers, designers and PMs. Having such a team allows Divante to introduce Pimcore solutions, for example Pimcore<>Magento Connector, and has a great impact on the Pimcore community.
In the last 4 years the company has used Pimcore as a core solution in many projects, including T-Mobile, Norstedts and Energa projects.

Pimcore is an austrian software vendor for free and open-source customer experience management, digital asset management, product information management, multi-channel publishing and eCommerce software. In September 2017, the latest version "Pimcore 5", based on the Symfony PHP Framework 3, was released. With over 80,000 installations, the company is one of the largest providers of open source software in this segment.
Divante is a Software House which employs about 150 people. Their core competencies are built around Magento, Pimcore and bespoke software projects (Symfony3, Node.js, Angular, React, Vue.js). Recently, the company has released a PWA storefront for ecommerce - Vue Storefront.
