We launched a new version of the eStore reserved.com for one of the biggest Fashion Companies in Europe, LPP. A week later we launched the German version of the website.
A major challenge was the performance of the eStore. The website reserved.com is a top ten fashion eCommerce website in terms of numbers of visitors and views in Europe. Therefore, we did a number of tests – including performance testing, security code review and optimization.
WHAT DID WE DO?
Due to the planned entry of LPP into a new market, we had to keep all deadlines tidy. The Divante team worked closely with the LPP team, working using the SCRUM model. Part of the work was done by teams on site at the customer’s office in Gdańsk.
Divante delegated an interdisciplinary team consisting of a psychologist / UX designer, graphic designers, two webmasters, two programmers, an application architect, a project manager and testers.
The technology chosen for Reserved.com was the eCommerce platform Magento Enterprise operating in multi-site mode.
It is used for other brands of the LPP Group.
The shop currently operates in Polish, English and German language versions.
