What does the company do?

Online shops face huge return rate and disappointed customers when it comes to shopping online and clothes sizes. EasySize is a data­driven technology, defining clothes sizes and decreasing returns at e-­shops. We help online­ retailers to save money and offer their clients a new shopping experience. EasySize can be integrated to any online­shop in less than an hour using our API literally by “copy­pasting” a snippet of code and apps for popular platforms (Magento, Shopify, Opencart, Prestashop).
Our technology analyses customers order records and defines a desired brand’s size in less than a second. The only thing we ask is to add any known brand size.
EasySize can decrease returns by 35­40% and save up to 5­7% of revenue to online­shops.

What are the key differentiated features of your product or service?

First of all, we are solving the fashion size issue by using hard data and algorithms. It is obvious that shopper’s fit and size are very subjective matters. EasySize provides the real fit and size based only on calculations and hard data work, which was never done before. Compared to our competitors, we really focus on the online shop’s customers experience.EasySize provides the easiest to use customer interface in the market. What is more, EasySize provides extremely easy integration for the online shops and no extra work and knowledge from the fashion online shop’s representative is needed.

What have you learned from early versions of the product or service?

We learned a lot on how to use the various testings and customer feedback to improve our product. For example, we made a UI/UX research to discover the patterns of how people use our tool while buying clothes online. Moreover, we are always working on suggesting the easiest integration for online shops­, that is why we are now working on creating the separate applications for the popular e­commerce platforms.

What early traction has the company gotten (sales, customers, traffic, etc)?

EasySize is constantly growing in the number of customers. After launching the product in late October, 2014, we are already integrated with 3 retailers and have 4 more signed in Europe. When talking about the product usage and shoppers, already around 40% of each integrated shops’ customers are using EasySize when choosing the right fit and size online.

Why does your company have high growth potential?

Mainly because Easysize is very scalable. Our product is available in 18 languages and, as mentioned before, it is extremely easy for shops to integrate and for the shoppers to use it.

How do you plan to scale in the next 12 months?
