Divante – company of Outsourcing Experts Group offers solutions for e-commerce and internet marketing, has completed a project of building an internet retail channel for children’s products industry leader, working on the market in Germany.

Implemented platform was based on Magento system. Under the agreement, Divante company was responsible for the implementation of technological online store for German headquaters of SPIELE MAX. It was decided to use one of the fastest growing e-commerce tools – Magento platform. Divante was responsible also for advanced integration of e-shop with IT applications used by clients, especially with ERP system – solution for product management (PIM) and payment system ADYEN.

The project included a parametrization of the server infrastructure in terms of technical implementation as well. Implemented Magento platform, offers a number of useful features e.g.: monitoring of abandoned shopping baskets, reporting of customer service quality, service of digital products, flexible mechanism for coupons and m-commerce.

The entire project was completed within 7 weeks. Online shop SPIELE MAX, operating at www.spielemax.de started internet selling in early November 2013.

Today, an increasing number of companies operating in the traditional trade model, decides to diversify sales channels. The introduction of e-commerce is not only a chance to reach a wider customer base. Nowadays, a large part of buyers appreciate the ability of access to information about product on the Internet, regardless of the place of final transaction– said Tomasz Karwatka, CEO at Divante from OEX Group.

Brand SPIELE MAX is available on the German market for over 25 years. It is a leader in the retail sector of children’s products such as toys, prams or baby furniture. The company has 55 ground outposts, and its assortment includes more than 30 000 goods.
